How to place an order

Register an account with us. Login and start adding items in your shopping cart. Check out in the shopping cart and proceed for payment. Once done you will receive a confirmation email and the order will be sent out within 2-3 days.

What are the payment methods?

We accept Master/ Visa credit/ debit card, Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iBanking and ATM transfer(for local customers). For international shoppers, note that the actual price charged will be subjected to the current exchange rates.

What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices are displayed in Singapore dollars.

Do you deliver overseas?

We deliver to all countries. Estimated delivery within 6 to 14 working days to major cities of the world.

I have just ordered online. Can I amend or cancel the order?

Once an order has been placed and paid for, the item(s) will be reserved for you and hence we are unable to modify the order items or cancel it.

How long is the shipping?

For local shipping, Parcels are handled and delivered via Standard Courier Service (To door with tracking no. within 2-3 working days.) 

For international shipping all orders are send by Singpost Air Parcel delivery and estimated delivery within 6 to 14 working days to major cities of the world.

What is the shipping cost?

For local shipping, Standard Courier Service SGD$2.90. Customers can enjoy free Courier Service for order over SGD$60 (To door with tracking no. within 2-3 working days)

Flat rate of SGD$5 to Malaysia and SGD$10 for all other international shippings. Free international shipping for orders of SGD$150 and above.

Can I collect my purchase at the shop?

You may opt for self-collection at the shop during check out. The locations are Praise Cineleisure and Bugis. You may collect your purchase on the next day.

What is the exchange policy?

Email us at praiseonlinestore@gmail.com for any exchange within 7 days of receiving your goods stating the order number, details and pictures. Please note that we are unable to do cash refund unless for incorrect item sent.

Can I purchase product that is already sold out?

You can click on notify me button beside the product picture and we’ll get back to you as soon as the stock arrives.
