Local Shipping

• Standard Courier Service SGD$2.90. Parcels are handled and delivered via Standard Courier Service (To door with tracking no. within 2-3 working days.) 
• Free Courier Service for order over SGD$60 (To door with tracking no. within 2-3 Working Days)
• Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 days after placement excluding weekends and public holidays.

International Shipping

• Flat rate of SGD$5 to Malaysia and SGD$10 for all other international shippings. Free shipping for all orders of SGD$150 and above. All international parcels will be delivered to all parts of the world via Singpost Air Parcel Delivery. Estimated delivery within 6 to 14 working days to major cities of the world.

Return Policy

• Email us at praiseonlinestore@gmail.com or message us in facebook.com/praiseclothing for any exchange within 7 days of receiving your goods to enable us to check stock availability.

• You may exchange by returned mail.
• Points to note that no cash refunds are allowed for all returned goods except for incorrect item sent. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office. Item for exchange must be brand new and in good condition.
